I combine technical expertise with a passion for teaching—demoing GenAI solutions at national conferences, publishing thought leadership, and earning recognition for exceptional customer experiences. Active member of the AWS Security & Compliance and AI/ML Technical Field Communities.

Developed deep cloud engineering expertise working on distributed Linux server fleets and troubleshooting complex infrastructure at scale. Built automation using infrastructure as code, collaborated with service teams on proactive monitoring, and supported 24/7 on-call rotations. This hands-on experience established the technical foundation I now use to advise customers on complex architectural decisions.

Started my AWS journey building a strong foundation in data analysis, process optimization, and understanding AWS services from a business perspective. Learned to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights, which sparked my passion for cloud technology and led me to pursue a more technical career path.
